Participants must read through carefully and understand the following

“Drink Run Eat Drunk” Terms and Conditions.

General Terms
  1. “Drink Run Eat Drunk” (thereafter “the Event”) is co-orgnaised by Running Horse Lantern Media Ltd. and music band Kolor (thereafter “the Organiser”). Café Ohm (Address: 152 Yu Chau Street, Shum Shui Po, Kowloon) is the designated restaurant of the Event. Participants must read the following terms carefully. Upon completing his/her registration and payment process, an applicant declares that he/she agrees to and accept these Terms & Conditions and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organiser from time to time.

  2. “Drink Run Eat Drunk” (thereafter “the Event”) is co-orgnaised by Running Horse Lantern Media Ltd. and music band Kolor (thereafter “the Organiser”). Café Ohm is the designated restaurant of the Event. Participants must read the following terms carefully. Upon completing his/her registration and payment process, an applicant declares that he/she agrees to and accept these Terms & Conditions and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organiser from time to time.

  3. Event period starts at 00:00am on 12 September 2022 (Monday) and ends at 11:59pm on 9 October 2022 (Sunday). The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event period without prior notice.

  4. Terms and Conditions are in Chinese and English. In the case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.

Registration
  1. Registration fee is HK$380 per person. Each participant is entitled a Runner’s Pack, with the following items included (1) An Event running vest, (2) A pack of NamedSport Power Gel and (3) An Event wristband.

  2. Event quota is limited, and registration starts from 9 August 2022 and is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Participants shall ensure the accuracy of all registration information. In case of false information found, the participant will be disqualified.

  4. Participants must be aged 18 or above as of 2022 (count by year of birth). The Organiser has the right to verify and request for verification of the age of participants during the Event.

  5. Once registration is confirmed, cancellation of registration and changes of personal data are not permitted, and the registration fee and quota are not refundable or transferrable.

  6. Participant will receive a system generated confirmation email upon completion of the registration and payment procedures. In case no email is received by then, please contact the Organiser.

  7. The Event running vest will be manufactured according to the sizes filled in by the participants during registration. Size of the vest cannot be changed after registration.

About the Event
  1. ​The Event lasts for 4 weeks. Each week (thereafter “the Cycle”) starts from 00:00am on Mondays and ends at 11:59pm on Sundays.

  2. Participants shall reach the designated (accumulated) distances for free food/beverage or purchase discount at Café Ohm within each Cycle. Records of road running, hiking or trail running records are accepted but records of treadmill running are not.

  3. Participants shall register for a Strava account (free version) and record the activities on the Strava mobile application before signing up for the Event. Participants are also required to set the activity “Privacy” to “Everyone” in “Settings”, for record verification purpose, and join the Strava Club “Dink Run Eat Drunk” by following the instructions written in the confirmation email. Only the participants who have completed all the steps shall be entitled for Event offers and prizes.

  4. Participants shall wear the Event wristband on the wrist throughout the Event period and show it to the staff of Café Ohm at the time of redemption.

  5. Participants are required to reach the designated (accumulated) distance within the Cycle and redeem the offer at Café Ohm in person by showing the relevant Strava records (single or multiple records) during the redemption period (i.e., within the next Cycle).

  6. The Organiser shall take no responsibilities if the HKSAR government tighten the social distancing measures due to COVID-19, resulting a participant cannot reach the required (accumulated) distance or “Happy Friday Run” and Runners’ Dinner Gathering cannot be organised.

Food & Beverage Offers and Prizes

1. Free Food/Beverage or Purchase Discount

Each participant shall redeem only one of the offers once in a Cycle (dine-in or take-away).

  • Novice Level – achieving an accumulated distance of 25km in the Cycle, one free can/ cup of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverage will be offered

  • Ordinary Level - achieving an accumulated distance of 35km in the Cycle, two free cans/cups of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverage will be offered

  • Elite Level - achieving an accumulated distance of 85km in the Cycle, three free cans/cups of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverage and a free (specific) snack will be offered

  • God Level - achieving an accumulated distance of more than 85km in the Cycle, three free cans/cups of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverage as well as a 20% off for a single purchase at Café Ohm

2. Carton of Drinks and Snacks for You

  • Participant achieving the most accumulated distance in the Cycle will be entitled a carton of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverage and snacks (delivery fee waived). The winner shall contact the Organiser and provide the delivery address within 30 days after the result announcement. Otherwise, the right to receiving the prize shall be forfeited.

  • Running records of the winner on Strava Club "Drink Run Eat Drunk" will be verified. The result will be announced in the next Cycle on the Event social media.

3. "Happy Friday Run" + Runners’ Dinner Gathering

  • The top 3 participants achieving the most accumulated distance in the Cycle and 10 randomly selected participants will be invited to attend the "Happy Friday Run" held next Friday and the Runners’ Dinner Gathering at Café Ohm afterwards.

  • Each invitee may bring a friend of his/her to attend.

  • Each invitee is entitled a free can/cup of (specific) beer/non-alcoholic beverages at the Runners’ Dinner Gathering. He/she pays for his/her own food or additional beverages. Friend who comes along with the invitee shall purchase the food and beverages at his/her own expense.

4. 「頑張」Beer Glass and Kolor’s Autographed CD

  •  Each invitee of the "Happy Friday Run" will also be awarded a 「頑張」 beer glass.

  • The top 5 participants with the most accumulated distance in the Cycle will also be awarded a Kolor’s autographed CD.

  • Upon completion of the Event, the top 5 participants with the longest accumulated distance will also be awarded a pair of SoleStar insoles each.

5. Ticket of Kolor’s Concert

  •  The first 75 Event participants might be entitled priority right of purchasing the ticket of Kolor’s next concert.

  • Each eligible participant is entitled to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets.

Running Records
  1. All Event related running records (including but not limited to the information of date, time and distance) shall be counted on the basis of the data shown in the Strava Club “Drink Run Eat Drunk” (mileages of the Cycle should be counted from 00:00am on Mondays to 11:59pm on Sundays within the Event period).

  2. The Organiser shall take no responsibilities if a participant fails to complete any runs due to networking or location problems of his/her mobile phone or for any failure or malfunctioning of the Strava mobile app.

  3. In case ingenuine records are found, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participants.

Redemption Details
  1. Redemption period: the distance accumulated in the Cycle shall only be redeemed within the next Cycle. Otherwise, the records shall be seen as invalid.

  2. Participants shall present the Event wristband and relevant Strava records at the time of redemption, for verification by the staff of the Café Ohm. Otherwise, the staff reserves the right to refuse the redemption.

  3. Each participant shall redeem only one of the offers once in a Cycle. In case of violation, staff of the Café Ohm reserves the right to refuse the redemption.

  4. Limited seats for dining-in available. Participants shall call 9665 5259 for reservation beforehand.

  5. Only the Event participants who are also members of the Strava Club “Drink Run Eat Drunk” are entitled for the Event offers and prizes.

Physical & Health Conditions
  1. Participants should be aware of and understand the risks involved in taking part in the Event and acknowledge the degree of fitness required to take part therein.

  2. ​Participants of "Happy Friday Run" must always pay attention to road traffic and own safety during the Run.

  3. Any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure or is suffering from or has any symptoms of COVID19 or other contagious disease should not participate in the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow / disqualify any person who is known to have any such condition. The Organiser at its sole discretion also has the right to suspend any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit or suffering from or having any symptoms of COVID-19 or other contagious disease to participate in the Event.

  4. All participants are urged to seek medical advice of his/her physical condition before participating in the Event. By submitting his/her registration to take part in the Event and subsequently taking part in the Event, a participant:

  • warrants and confirms to the Organiser that he/she is physically fit to participate in and complete his/her race without any medical or other assistance and that he/she is not suffering from and does not have any symptoms of COVID-19 and other contagious disease; and

  • agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from all losses and damages from

a) any injury or death suffered by the participant himself/herself or any other persons; and

b) any damage to property; and

c) any other participants or officials and staff of the Organiser contracting COVID-19 or any other contagious disease as a result of him/her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race or him/her suffering from COVID-19 or other contagious disease.

Collection & Use of Personal Data
  1. ersonal Data collected from the Event shall only be used in the matters related to the Event and future events organised by the Organiser. 

  2. The Organiser shall have the absolute discretion to use any Event photos, videos or other records for any lawful purposed including advertising and promotion of future events organised by the Organiser.
